About DJ i-Dee
Originally from the USA, DJ i-DEE has established himself as one of the top DJs in the world. A DMC World Champion, 2x USA Champion and seasoned performer, i-DEE began his DJ career in the mid-nineties at the tender age of 10, where i-DEE would sneak into his older brother’s room and practice scratching on his turntables while he was out of the house.
Throughout his career i-DEE’s talents made waves both in the USA and across international waters catching the attention of television, radio and press. He has appeared on MTV, HBO, VH1 and iHeartRadio, and was featured in URB Magazine, XXL Magazine, The Washington Post and the front cover of the Miami New Times.
From teaching tennis star Venus Williams, to working in the studio with Royce Da 5’9” of Slaughterhouse/Bad Meets Evil fame, to sharing the stage with well-know and respected artists, DJ i-DEE’s grind both on and off the turntables has birthed a standard that he continues to cultivate as he is invited to perform his signature sets all over the world. I-DEE’s eclectic style has seen him produce a diverse discography comprising of two full-length albums and most recently, an EDM, trap and moombahton styled EP.
Having previously served as the Head Instructor at Scratch DJ Academy in Miami and a Lead Curriculum developer at the Beat Refinery DJ School in Washington, D.C., i-DEE harnesses expert intellect compounded by almost two decades of both deejaying and master-level teaching experience. i-DEE utilizes his distinct Turntablist background to empower his students by providing the solid foundation needed to achieve and surpass industry standards and excellence.
