There’s a new wave of MC’s making noise in the local scene. Amongst them stands B Wise, an African-Australian artist with a different story to tell.

Now, after a couple of months bunkered in the studio, B Wise returns with ‘Lately’, produced by up-and-coming producer Dopamine. B Wise says the song is inspired by a quote from the film Almost Famous, in which Billy Crudup’s character proclaims, “From here on out, I am only interested in what is real. Real people, real feelings, that’s it, that’s all I’m interested in.” The smooth vibey track shows the versatility to Wise’s sound, which will be showcased on his debut project, currently in the works.
